Tekrin Returns and Exchanges |
|
We are committed to your satisfaction. Within the warranty
period, items can be returned for replacement or repair or
if the item is not in stock a store credit will be issued,
once a Returned Materials Authorization (“RMA”) has been
obtained. Refunds are only available within the first 30
days from the date of the invoice (shipping, insurance and
handling charges are non-refundable) |

RMA Information |
|
a. Any shortages must be reported within 7 days of
receipt. You may do this by phone or by e-mailing
RMA@Tekrin.com |
|
b. For all returns you will need to contact us to request an
authorization number. You can do this at anytime by using
our RMA Request form in the support section of our website,
or you may choose to telephone 954-977-3825,
Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST to process
the RMA. Be advised that numbers and specific RMA
information are issued by email and fax only; they are not
given out verbally. Unauthorized and unmarked returns will
not be honored. |

c. Please have the following information available when
calling or submitting an RMA request: customer code, located
in the shaded are of your invoice in the box marked
“customer code”, the name the order was placed under,
include number, date, item number, serial number, if
applicable, and the nature of the problem. |
|
d. All returns must be shipped back in the original
packaging material and box. Failure to do so may invalidate
both the RMA and the warranty. |
|
e. Please have the following information when calling or
emailing for an RMA request: customer code or name order was
placed under, invoice number, item number and the nature of
the problem. |
|
f. You have 30 days from the date the RMA number is issued
to return the item. This 30-day period does not apply to the
refund period, which is 30 days from the date of the
invoice. |
|
g. All returns must include any cables, driver disks or any
other accessories provided with the order. |
|
h. All returns must be shipped prepaid. Returns shipped
C.O.D. will be refused. |
i. Remember to take note of your RMA number. You will need
it as a reference.
j. Replacements can be shipped two ways: |
1. You can request an advance replacement charged to your
credit card that will ship right away.
2. You can wait for your item to come back before we ship
your replacement. |

k. Refunds and credits are available only after the return
has been received a verification of product authenticity is

l. Manufacturers warranty is assumed void unless otherwise
stated on your Invoice. The Tekrin warranty will be voided
at any time if the products are not returned in their
original condition as sold, matching the specifications and
serial numbers for all components contained therein. This
includes, but is not limited to, items such as: Storage
Devices, Memory, Processors and Network cards.
Non-conforming materials will be returned to the Shipper,
Collect. |
